The register for Tax Consultant (www.rb.nl) are using PE-Online for accreditation for their permanent education. In september 2011 all the dossiers will be migrated form their old system to PE-Online.

ECS, member of the GDF Suez Energie Services, is responsible for an independent control all companies carrying out maintenance and decontamination tasks on nuclear sites. ECS will manage all their trainings, tests and associated certifications. ECS will deploy Course Control and Quality Sensor to manage the training and certification process.

Xaurum has build the certificate register for the European Marketing Confederation (EMC). In this register all certificates of registered members are processed. All information about certificates are submitted from the local authorities to the new automated system. Also, a public consultation of the register is possible. The total time taken for processing the requests is reduced. As a basis for the new system Xaurum use PE online. For more information see www.emc.be and www.pe-online.org.

Xaurum uses the product PE-online to provide the register for Senior Marketing Professional (SMP). The European Marketing Confederation (EMC), the umbrella organization of national marketing entities, launched the title Senior Marketing Professional as a quality label for marketers. Xaurum provides digital portfolios for various medical professions. The portfolio of Xaurum was chosen by psychiatrists, rehabilitation physicians, internists, psychologists and cognitive therapists. The portfolio shows exactly the status of the person in his or her educational process. All relevant information is kept in the portfolio. The portfolio is built with the system PE online. The professional association of opticians and optometrists of Belgium ( A.P.O.O.B.) introduced a compulsory permanent education system including an accreditation process in order to promote the profession. The A.P.O.O.B. chose a Xaurum tool, CPD-online, in order to take care of administrative management. CPD-online is a web-based application that offers a simple way to manage the continuing professional development process.

AG Insurance will manage all their trainings, e-learning, competencies and Personal Development Plans with Xaurum. Classical and e-learning trainings are offered. Together with customised development Learning Portal ,Course Control and Quality Sensor are being used.

SANA (www.sanaweb.nl), the quality label for education in the pharmacy, has implemented the system PE-online. Accreditation requests are digitally entered into the system and the processing of the request is supported by the system. With the system request are much simpler to enter and the processing is much more efficient. The accredited course are automatically published in the course calendar.

The Royal Dutch Association for the Advancement of Pharmacy (Koninklijke Nederlandse Maatschappij ter bevordering der Pharmacie, KNMP) started 1 march 2009 with the accreditation system CPD-online. All educational request for Public and hospital pharmacists are processed in the system. The turnaround reduces and the time spent on the total accreditation process is less. Xaurum (www.xaurum.com) has implemented the system in a few days and the employees working with the system(www.knmp.nl) had 1 day training. Mid 2009 the PE-online system will also be used for CPD registrations.

FrieslandCampina starts E-learning pilot. FrieslandCampina has chosen the product Learningserver from Intralearn. With this product all employees will access E-learnings in multiple languages. 2000 employees will start with the pilot. Xaurum will implement the Learning Management System.

Xaurum implements the training portal for Dexia Insurance. The Internet application provided by Xaurum monitors the learning process and tracks the CBFA requirements. The application will be available for the DVV and Corona brokers and Dexia Insurance employees.

First Aid instructors get personal file. “Het Oranje Kruis” has launched a pilot to monitor the quality of the training and to widen the diversity in training. In addition, there is 1 system that supports this entire process. “Het Oranje Kruis” has opted for CPD online to automate this entire process. The Rabobank has the system CPD online (cpd.xaurum.com) into operation. With this system the CPD requirements (including the WFT requirements) of its employees are monitored. The Rabobank employee with a CPD requirement has a clear overview and sees directly what is required.

The Association of Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Therapy has started using Xaurum’ s CPD-Online software for the accreditation of schooling and protection of personal files. Xaurum and Fortis finalizes the Two as One project. This project ensures the integration between SAP Training and Event Management and Xaurum Learning Web Services. More than a million e-mails will be sent yearly towards participants of e-learning, blended or classical training events.

The foundation of Accreditation Expertise-Promoting Activities for Paramedics (www.accreditatie.nu) has started using Xaurum’s CPD-Online software to process all schooling applications. With CPD-Online all application requests can be processed swiftly and efficiently. In the follow-up phase of the project all the Paramedics files will be incorporated into CPD-Online and the (re)registration process will be fully automated
